•Composite sandwich construction is used throughout

•For osmosis protection an ISO/NPG Gelcoat is used followed
by a layer of tissue and 300gsm chop strand mat in Epoxy
Vinyl Ester resin
•All fibreglass reinforcement is of engineered stitched fabrics
•Vacuum is applied to bond all core materials to cured
laminates.
